By accessing and using Jobscord (the "Service"), available at https://jobscord.tech, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Jobscord is a platform designed to connect professionals, developers, and creatives with potential employers and communities. We provide tools for users to create public profiles, list portfolios, and showcase their Discord servers. Jobscord acts solely as a directory and facilitator; we are not a recruitment agency or an employer.

3. User Accounts & Security

• Registration: Access to certain features of the Service requires you to register using your Discord account. By registering, you authorize us to access and store specific information from your Discord profile (such as username, avatar, and ID) as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Engage in automated data collection (scraping) without our prior consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. User Content & Licensing

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of the portfolios, server listings, and profile data ("User Content") you submit to Jobscord.
• License Grant: By posting content to Jobscord, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
• Accuracy: You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

6. No Employment Relationship

Jobscord is a venue for connecting users. We are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and freelancers. We have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs or portfolios advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of employers to pay for services. You acknowledge that Jobscord is not responsible for any employment decisions or disputes that arise between users.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jobscord makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jobscord, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
